In 1996, she began her first private practice in St. Petersburg, FL. Then, in 2004, she founded Sullivan Law & Mediation (now Martha Sullivan, Attorney at Law) in Hastings, MN

In her spare time, Martha enjoys running, music, art, and cooking. Her favorite thing to do is to spend time with her children.
